Corporate Counsel, AMER Hub Sales The candidate will provides legal advice for our AMER inside sales hubs. Will participates in the Legal Department's Hub Sales Practice Group comprising lawyers working on tele-sales issues globally. Collaborates with the legal direct sales team and geo-based attorneys to scale and support account-based sales opportunities through hubs. Contributes to the maintenance of the Hub Sales Playbook and develops and implements related legal policies and procedures. Works closely with AMER inside sales leadership team and related support functions including GSSO, Finance etc. Monitors and advises on legal developments related to the areas supported. Reviews sales and marketing programs related to inside sales hubs and strategic territory sales programs. Identifies finance, operational or revenue accounting issues and liaises with the relevant functional groups (including Tax, Finance, Revenue Accounting, Global Sales and Success Operations) to resolve these. Defines repeatable processes and leverages automation to leverage synergies and enhance efficiency and productivity. Provides transactional support for non-standard sales situations in Autodesk's AMER sales hubs. In collaboration with Autodesk's Compliance and Litigation team and Autodesk leadership, develops and executes policies and procedures, develops relevant training materials and delivers trainings to new joiners and existing teams; manages implementation of annual training plan for AMER hub sales employees. Identifies and manages actual and potential inside sales-related disputes and litigation in collaboration with Autodesk's Compliance and Litigation team. Manages relationships with outside counsel as needed; manages spend in accordance with approved budgets; reviews invoices and purchase orders; is responsible for timely submission of invoices or accrual of spend within Autodesk's fiscal quarters in line with Autodesk accounting policies.

The candidate should have JD degree from an accredited/recognized university and bar membership in good standing. Must have 10 years of combined of law firm and/or in-house experience, preferably working with inside sales / tele-sales / tele-marketing activities of high tech, Internet or media companies. Must have solid knowledge of relevant inside sales issues and laws, including TCPA, DNC, PCI, call recording. Must have experience with channel issues. Demonstrated experience working independently and managing multiple projects at once to meet deadlines is required.
