Corporate Counsel, Compliance Responsibilities: Advise independently on a wide range of compliance related issues and have very significant relevant experience in either anti-corruption/FCPA or competition law. Represent the company in connection with inquiries by regulators and policymakers across the world. Work with a cross-functional team to develop and implement long-term anti-corruption compliance strategy. Retain and manage outside counsel. Review and advise business partners on pending and developing regulations.

Qualifications: JD degree (or foreign equivalent) and membership in at least one U.S. state Bar. 4+ years of relevant legal experience working on anti-corruption/FCPA or competition law matters. Experience developing approaches to legal challenges and providing legal advice. Ability to interact effectively with clients at all levels in the organization and with other lawyers, both in-house and in private practice. Will also have: Experience working with complex supply chain and distribution structures. Flexibility and eagerness to work on broad range of legal matters, including U.S. and European matters. Excellent interpersonal skills with an absolute commitment to professionalism and collegiality. Strong presentation skills with a calm, confident, practical and solutions-oriented approach.
