Corporate Counsel Responsibilities: Manage the Firm's contract process and negotiate complex agreements. Manage and support M&A transactions by working with internal business owners and outside counsel on deal structure and LOI terms, drafting and negotiating deal agreements, and actively managing deal process, cost, and execution. Support corporate governance and handle special projects as assigned.

Requirements: J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school; active member in good standing of the Bar. At least 4-6 years of corporate transactional and mergers and acquisitions experience, preferably with a top-tier law firm and/or in-house. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience drafting and negotiating contracts and transaction documents. Familiarity with data privacy and security laws and accounting statements. Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Ability to handle ambiguity, juggle many matters at once, and quickly shift from one situation or task to another. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a knack for efficiency.
