Lead Counsel, Compliance Monitoring & Testing Responsibilities: Collaborate with risk owners in functional areas for which Company Compliance has both direct and shared oversight responsibilities; leverage existing effective controls, metrics, monitoring and testing to inform the development and continuous improvement of the Compliance monitoring and testing program. Define areas of focus for application and development of the monitoring and testing program based on risk assessment outputs, feedback provided by functional risk owners and other Company colleagues, and evaluation of external risk factors including enforcement trends. Collaboratively develop and implement improved controls, metrics, testing procedures where appropriate including clearly defined roles and responsibilities, standards for assessing the effectiveness of monitoring and testing, reporting and escalation process for potential risks. Share the results of ongoing monitoring and testing with functional risk owners; track key findings and resolutions. Collect and track monitoring data, define metrics and other feedback mechanisms to proactively assess and continuously improve the effectiveness of the monitoring and testing program. Develop and implement an audit plan to test the design and effectiveness of the controls implemented in the areas of direct and shared risk oversight; deploy the audit plan, document and share results with functional area risk owners for continuous improvement. Extensive interactions with Company Compliance Team colleagues responsible for internal investigations, the Anti-Bribery/Corruption program and compliance operations. Support the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) with the development and implementation of the annual compliance operating plan, adjustments to enhance program effectiveness for preventing and detecting potential compliance risks, as well as the Company Enterprise Risk Management plan. Perform other responsibilities as directed by the CCO.

Qualifications: JD or Master's degree preferred, or equivalent auditing/accounting educational achievement. At least 7 years of prior compliance program management, monitoring and testing experience. Demonstrated success establishing and continuously improving monitoring and testing programs across functional risk areas in a global organization. Strong capacity for teamwork to achieve Company compliance program objectives; demonstrated success organizing and aligning cross-functional stakeholders on significant projects. Highly organized and detailed oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently. Understanding of SAP or other enterprise resouce planning business management tools. Mastery of MS Office Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Positive outlook, and friendly demeanor with a dynamic work ethic..
