Attorney - Laboratory Services and Billing Compliance Responsibilities: Primary role and responsibilities will be the provision of day-to-day counsel to the PKIG on general commercial and compliance matters. This position may also be tasked with providing legal support to other Dx and Company corporate functions, such as support for Company s Data Protection structure. Collaborate with business partners at all levels of management to effectively balance minimizing legal risk while enabling execution of business strategic objectives. Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including, laboratory service agreements, licensing, research and development, software services, confidentiality, material transfer, clinical study, professional services, and general customer and supplier agreements. Advise on legal risks and liabilities associated with different business transactions. Provide assistance with merger and acquisition activities, including performing due diligence, as assigned or requested. Create, improve and/or update form agreements and processes to improve aspects of contracting procedures and ensure alignment of contract terms with Company policies and standards. Create, improve and/or update compliance policies and procedures, and trainings to improve transparency and ensure business understanding and compliance with Company policies and standards, and applicable law and regulation. Additional legal responsibilities as knowledge of the Dx business and legal skills evolve. Perform other related duties, as assigned or requested.

Qualification: 3+ years of experience in regulatory/commercial/corporate experience required. Experience collaborating with management teams and advising clients in structuring business transactions, with experience in drafting commercial agreements strongly preferred. JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Admittance to Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, or other applicable state bar. Preferred Qualification: Prior in-house experience is a plus. Experience with government health insurance programs and billing. Ability to determine risk exposure and advise the business in a practical.
