Commercial Contracts Attorney Duties: Review, revise and manage large volume of inbound and outbound contracts. Provide practical guidance on legal issues and agreements in the context of the company's commercial goals and risk thresholds. Maintain and update terms of service, privacy policies and other templates. Contribute to cross-functional teams as a trusted advisor, creative problem-solver and strategic thinker. Interface with Sales, Product and Finance teams to assist the Legal team's efforts in the preparation, implementation and optimization of forms, processes and procedures .

Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and Member of the California State Bar in good standing. Must have 5+ years of experience at a law firm or in-house experience in commercial transactions. Experience in a fast-paced quickly evolving organization. Strong substantive knowledge of contract law; including license, development, distribution, and service agreements. A high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment. Possess business acumen and critical thinking required to provide advice that considers all facets of the business - legal, strategic, operational, financial and risk. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Excellent project, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to manage competing demands and deal with non-standard and often unstructured requests, at short notice; overall ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
