Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will assist General Counsel in managing internal mid/low level litigation matters. Provide timely legal counsel, information, advice, support, feedback and guidance on litigation matters. Draft and coordinate litigation-related documentation, motions, briefs, pleadings, litigation holds, interrogatory responses, privilege logs, settlement agreements, and protective orders. Manage company's responses to subpoenas and third party requests for information. Develop policies and best practices for complying with discovery and document retention/litigation hold obligations in the most cost-effective manner possible. Communicate with leadership and stakeholders regarding organizational litigation risks and status of ongoing litigation. Develop a thorough understanding of the company's business, people, markets, brands, facilities, customers, and competitors to identify trends, anticipate issues, provide business-oriented solutions, and formulate appropriate long-term strategies. Assist in the development of broader legal strategies to help effectively position the Company for future employee growth both domestically and internationally. Other duties as assigned.

The candidate should have 2-3 years of legal work experience focused on litigation matters. Must have Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited top-tier law school. Licensed in good standing to practice law is essential. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college is a must. Able to speak, read, write and comprehend English. Standard office and computer equipment including MS Office software is a must.
