Legal Counsel / Compliance Manager - Anti-Bribery & Corruption The candidate will advise on, drive development, Design and maintain an adequate and effective reasonable third party due diligence and risk management program, including policies, processes, controls, and related documents for the regular review of third-party intermediaries. Lead, and perform, and reviews third party due diligence of red flags and resolution in accordance with policies and standards and the U.S. FCPA and other corruption laws. Analyze, digest and thoughtfully resolve and remediate third party red flags, such as negative media reports, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) or other matters involving third party intermediaries, in accordance with policies, standards and the U.S. FCPA and other corruption laws. Maintain relationships with third party due diligence service providers (metrics, quarterly reviews, system launches, contract negotiation, advisory forums). Manage multiple cases and complex matters with cross-functional stakeholders in multiple geographies within designated client services levels and minimal exposure to Dell; and partner with in-region and in-country counsel for the interpretation of local laws and execution of assigned supporting actions.

The candidate must have J.D. degree plus admission to practice law in at least one jurisdiction. Must have 3+ years legal experience in compliance, internal investigations and risk mitigation issues in a law firm and/or corporate setting. Must have knowledge and understanding of various anti-corruption laws such as the U.S. FCPA. Must have ability to anticipate legal compliance issues or risks and to see around the corner . Must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Must have outstanding oral and written communication skills with a high degree of attention to detail. Proven global experience as a compliance counsel providing programmatic legal and compliance guidance relating to anti-corruption in a business environment is desired.
