Associate Corporate Counsel (Commercial)

Associate Corporate Counsel (Commercial) Responsibilities: Drafting, negotiating, and maintaining various partner/channel commercial agreements Lead or assist the Legal team's efforts in the preparation, implementation and refinement of forms, processes and procedures related to the Worldwide Partners and Channels team Conduct and contribute to other legal projects as assigned by legal team members Provide practical guidance to cross-functional teams that takes legal and business considerations into account.

Requirements: 1+ years of experience in commercial transactions at an established law firm, technology company, or in-house focusing on technology transactions. Experience in drafting, negotiating, and maintaining a wide variety of partner/channel commercial agreements typical to the Software-as-a-Service industry. Ability to work with Sales, Finance, Procurement and IT teams collaboratively. Ability to work in a high volume environment while remaining analytical and detail-oriented. Ability to support processes from start to finish and assist in implementing processes. Experience with public sector contracts, working at a publicly-traded Software-as-a-Service company, and familiarity with global privacy law regimes is preferred.
