Litigation Investment Counsel The candidate will help deploy the latest litigation finance fund. Core responsibilities include legal research and due diligence on investment opportunities, preparation of investment memos, real-time negotiation with plaintiffs and attorneys over investment terms and pricing and training and working closely with the engineering team to translate legal knowledge into automation. Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, History, Law or related field desirable or equivalent experience from a top-tier institution and J.D. from an accredited top 20 law school with 4-10 years as a litigation associate at AmLaw 200 firm and/or comparable boutique firms. Experience chairing trials required. Experience in several of the following areas: commercial litigation, breach of contract, intellectual property, employment disputes, whistleblower claims, earn-out disputes needed.
