Senior Corporate Counsel - Government

Senior Corporate Counsel - Government Duties: Build and support US Public Sector and SLED strategy, compliance and contracting policies and practices. Extensive knowledge and experience negotiating complex transactional SaaS, Reseller, Alliances, Support and other types of agreements that support the company's government sales cycles. Work well in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Help to manage our strategy for government data privacy. Develop and deliver training on legal issues and contract processes tied to government transactions.

Qualifications: A JD degree from a leading school. Bar membership sufficient to practice in-house in the relevant jurisdiction. 10+ years of FED/SLED legal experience, preferably a combination of law firm and in-house experience at a high-growth enterprise SaaS company. Excellent negotiation and drafting skills. In depth knowledge and experience negotiating and managing various government procurement vehicles, including GSA and other state and local software licensing programs. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and export control. Exceptional organizational, project management, and prioritization skills. The ability to think and execute both strategically and tactically. Outstanding written and oral communications skills. The ability to work with a wide variety of people, at all levels in the organization, in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated commitment and alignment with values. Service-oriented, professional and strong integrity.
