Senior Corporate Counsel - Corporate Duties: Be the lead attorney overseeing mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and other corporate development activities.? Work with cross-functional teams to lead and manage diligence activities, structure and effect acquisitions, and successfully integrate acquired companies. Build processes and playbooks to scale Snowflake's corporate development activities.? Support international expansion, including subsidiary formation and maintenance.? Support Tax and Treasury projects, including intercompany agreements, corporate investing, and restructuring activities. Have the opportunity to work on a number of other corporate matters, including real estate transactions, corporate insurance programs, and corporate policies.? Help to develop, implement and continually improve company and team processes and procedures.?

Qualifications: A JD degree from an accredited law school.? 5 7 years of experience, including domestic and cross-border M&A experience at a major law firm (in-house experience is a plus).? Excellent negotiation skills, business judgment, and the ability to make decisions and give practical, actionable advice.? Strong organizational and project management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.? A proactive personality, eager to learn new areas of the law, and committed to understanding industry, business and growth opportunities.? A service-oriented attitude, high integrity, and the ability to communicate effectively with a non-legal audience at all levels of the organization.?
