Corporate Counsel The candidate will draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of contracts, including commercial, supply, advisory, confidentiality, IT, and other vendor agreements. Maintain and update terms of service, privacy policies, employment policies, and security & product related policies. Assist with the development of policies, procedures, and training to support the business. Assist with implementing the global privacy program. Take the lead on various special projects as the need arises.

The candidate must have undergraduate degree in the life sciences, Juris Doctor from accredited university and admittance to the California Bar. Must have 3 years of legal experience (large law firm or in-house) within the life sciences field. Must have demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating contracts, life sciences transactions. Must have ability to manage a variety of complex matters and projects simultaneously. Must have outstanding business judgment and strategic thinking. Must have the ability to generate creative solutions and anticipate the impact of decisions. Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
