Commercial Contracts Attorney The candidate's duties include: Prepare, review and negotiate various commercial agreements with suppliers, customers, and business partners; Ensure contractual terms are consistent with company policy and U.S. law and regulation; Provide practical legal counsel and advice to internal business clients; Establish best practices for contract review processes and contract management system; Experience in automotive OE setting highly desired, but not required. Should have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Should have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Must have 7+ years of relevant experience. Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas preferred.
