Attorney - Real Estate The candidate will recognize and evaluate legal risks associated with different business decisions and communicates those risks to peers and colleagues. Respond to legal inquiries, assisting Crown personnel with regard to legal issues as needed. Interpret, draft and review full range of real estate documents. Assist in the interpretation of contract documents and in the resolution of disputes related to contract terms. Manage litigation and other disputes, including counseling Crown personnel and directing, selecting, managing and interacting with outside counsel. Assist in all aspects of condemnation matters, including engagement and management of external resources when appropriate. Assist on special projects; involving initiation and execution of various projects related to training. Serve as the legal liaison to an Area, Region, or Corporate functional department.

The candidate must have Bachelor's Degree. Must have Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Must have attorney's License. Must have 2+ years of related legal experience, 4+ years preferred. Must have thorough knowledge of legal research and writing techniques. Must have advanced knowledge of real estate, contract and business law. Must have telecommunications experience useful. Must have working knowledge of MS Office. Must be able to communicate effectively in written and oral presentations.
