Corporate Counsel -

Corporate Counsel Duties: Draft, review, and negotiate construction-related contracts for large-scale projects; Draft, review, and negotiate service, supply and other commercial agreements and documents assuring that both legal and business objectives are met; Assist Project Teams with claim management; Provide legal support to business partners (internal clients) across the family of companies; Handle general commercial/corporate matters; Manage claims/litigation in areas that include commercial disputes, personal injury and employment; and Complete special projects as assigned by the General Counsel.

Qualifications: JD Degree from an accredited law school. Licensed and in good standing to practice law in one or more states. 5-10 years experience in a law firm or in-house counsel setting. Background in construction, architecture or engineering is strongly preferred. Experience with contracts and form agreements. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Superb oral and written communication skills. Ability to efficiently prioritize and handle multiple requests from internal clients/employees. Must have a positive attitude which assumes that no assignment is too big or too small. Along with strong legal skills, the attorney must exhibit a strong sense of ethics, integrity and sound judgment. Must be a team player.
