Senior Corporate Attorney Duties: Draft and review contracts, regulatory filings and other legal documents. Legal research assignments, and writing legal memoranda. Advise multiple departments regarding legal issues.

Qualifications: JD Degree is required. Member in good standing of the Florida Bar. 5+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department. Some knowledge of corporate law and insurance law preferred. Excellent research and writing skills, as well as effective verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task. Self-directed learner with the ability to learn quickly and pursue assignments with enthusiasm and focus. Desire to learn multiple facets of in-house representation.
