Litigation and Investigation, Associate General Counsel Duties: Serve as a senior member of the Legal Department's Litigation and Investigations (L&I) team as the Associate General Counsel, Litigation and Investigations, (AGC L&I). Lead internal investigations regarding compliance with Booz Allen's internal corporate policies, legal requirements, and the Code of Business Ethics and Conduct, and provide legal advice and counsel to internal business partners. Assist with a variety of litigation matters, provide direction and guidance to the firm's internal investigators on investigation steps and strategy, participate in critical interviews, brief senior leaders in the business and Legal Department on investigation outcomes and trends, and provide legal advice as well as business-oriented solutions and recommendations and related training to internal clients and partners. Collaborate with other internal teams to identify risk areas and participate in developing training and policy or process enhancements. Leverage expertise in managing complex civil or white-collar litigation, as well as leading investigations and providing counsel on Procurement Integrity and False Claims Act issues and other laws affecting government contractors, including those related to contractor integrity, data breaches, data protection, and overall integrity and business ethics.

Qualifications: JD degree. Member in good standing of any US state bar. 10+ years of experience with conducting internal investigations in a law firm, corporate law department, or federal law enforcement. Experience with white-collar fraud investigations. Experience with government contracting. Ability to manage, handle and balance a high volume of matters and assignments. Ability to collaborate with internal compliance and investigative professionals. Ability to serve as a business partner to develop comprehensive solutions to challenging problems. Additional Qualifications: Experience with advising professional services companies. Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with handling sensitive, confidential, and classified matters. Experience with managing paralegals and overseeing trained investigators. Experience with case management software. Ability to show superior legal and analytical expertise and business-oriented approach to problem-solving. Ability to display excellent judgment and initiative in selecting the most effective solutions. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and manage the workload and simultaneous tasks, and meet deadlines in a changing, fast-paced environment. Ability to be highly responsive and organized. Ability to provide practical and pragmatic advice to legal and business colleagues. Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possession of excellent organizational, interpersonal, client relations, and team skills.
