Corporate Counsel, Global Expansion

Corporate Counsel, Global Expansion The candidate will support and elevate the team by working cross-functionally with a number of internal teams to plan and execute international and intergalactic expansion strategies. Will also need to review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts in the orbit, including licensing and telecommunications agreements, and address a variety of other legal issues as they arise. Develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways and engineer processes that address gravity and risk and allow the business flexibility and freedom to move quickly. Should have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active membership in one State Bar. 5+ years experience as a transactional or M&A attorney. Must preferably have 3+ years experience in a top national or international law firm. Proven ability to manage a large number and variety of critical projects, often in ambiguous environments is a plus. Strong written and oral communication skills are desired.
