U.S. Corporate and Securities Attorney Duties: Advise on U.S. corporate and securities matters, including public company regulations, corporate secretary and governance matters, subsidiary and legal entity management, and transactional support. Additional areas of responsibility will include shareholder meeting proposals and audit committee support.

Qualifications: JD or equivalent, excellent academic credentials, and admission to at least one US state Bar required. 4 years' experience working on public company matters and transactions. Prior in-house corporate law experience a plus. 4+ years of legal experience working on competition law issues. A highly proficient knowledge of SEC, Nasdaq and NYSE rules, as well as state corporate law. Ability to clearly organize and inform through excellent written and verbal communications. Excellent ability to analyze problems and come up with practical, workable solutions. Best suited for a self-starter who is curious, embraces technology and thrives in a dynamic environment.
