Senior Counsel, Global Litigation and Regulatory The candidate will develop, execute, and continuously assess litigation and regulatory strategy in a multitude of practice areas. Provide succinct and practical legal advice to internal teams on litigation risk and litigation-related processes. Partner across the legal team to identify, analyze, and mitigate litigation risk. Develop scalable solutions for litigation challenges. Partner with outside counsel to effectively and efficiently represent company. Should have eight years of broad litigation experience in a government agency, law firm and/or in-house legal department. J.D. and license to practice law in at least one state is required. Sufficient experience with civil litigation procedure to manage a case through pleadings, motion practice, complex e-discovery, dispute resolution and trial. Mediation, arbitration, trial experience, or direct regulatory engagement experience required. Familiarity with eDiscovery issues, including document retention policies and procedures as well as collection, review, and production of documents. Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as a strong sense of organization and attention to detail, are essential.
