Corporate Counsel The candidate will: Support business leaders as lead counsel on product. Counsel on regulatory matter. Provide day-to-day, customer-focused advice. Handle pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries. Occasional travel will be required. Should have a J.D. degree and membership in at least one state bar. Should have 5+ years of experience practicing law. Should preferably have experience of privacy regulation and compliance (GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, COPPA, etc). Prior litigation and regulatory experience (e.g. FTC). Retail legal and in-house experience are both a plus. Should have ability to manage multiple projects independently while also contributing to cross-functional and international teams. Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and computer skills. Sound judgment even in ambiguous situations.
