Corporate Counsel Responsibilities: Negotiate, review and prepare various customer, product and services related to agreements. Support compliance related functions throughout the company, including local, state and federal regulatory compliance efforts. Support internal management of mergers and acquisition, including working with outside counsel and assisting in due diligence. Provide training to business unit leaders on legal and compliance related initiatives. Advise, counsel and influence business units and internal departments to foster compliance, minimize risk and facilitate growth.

Qualifications: JD degree. 2-4 years of related experience working in a law firm or corporate legal department. License to practice law in active good standing in any state in the U.S.; Georgia license preferred. Strong PC/technical skills (Microsoft Office Suite) required.
