Securities And Corporate Counsel

Securities and Corporate Counsel Duties: Assist with the preparation of a wide variety of securities law filings, such as annual and quarterly reports, current reports and proxy statements. Coordinate the preparation and review of various securities offering documents and disclosure documents. Assist with capital markets issuances, including debt and equity offerings. Coordinate with legal, finance and investor relations teams in addition to other teams throughout the company. Assist with compliance and governance processes. Support other general corporate matters and corporate transactions.

Qualifications: JD Degree from an ABA accredited law school; license to practice law in California. 1-3 years of corporate and securities legal experience in a private law firm and/or corporate legal department environment. Accounting knowledge/background is a plus. Self-motivated with ability to operate independently. Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to work efficiently under tight timelines. Excellent judgment and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
