Associate Corporate Counsel

Associate Corporate Counsel Duties: Provide critical support for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements for our SaaS solutions. Have the ability to identify organizational legal and compliance needs and develop high visibility plans to address those needs. Own the management and execution of agreements governing our critical confidential information. Support in drafting guidelines and policies as we seek to expand our operational excellence.

Qualifications: Licensed to practice law in the US. 1+ years of experience practicing law at a law firm, corporation, or legal services organization handling technology-related agreements. Some experience negotiating technology sales contracts. Experience drafting and negotiating enterprise SaaS / cloud agreements preferred. Business judgment and ability to assess legal risk while providing practical advice. Ability to organize, prioritize and manage deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding work environment. Desire to pitch in and help where needed in fast-growing startup. Thoughtful and persuasive interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong working relationships. Enthusiastic team member who enjoys taking ownership of projects, building relationships cross-functionally and working on cutting-edge legal issues.
