Commercial Contracts Attorney The candidate will be drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of contracts for various businesses and functions (including buy and sell, trademark licensing, distribution, agent, cooperation and development, agreements), Providing legal advice to contract professionals on a wide variety of contracts (including sales, services, consulting, supplier, and non-disclosure agreements), Developing and revising templates for Fabrics, CoreTech and other businesses, Advising the businesses and functions regarding relevant commercial legal issues, including identification of legal risk, and liability limitation, Developing and delivering internal training to targeted associate audiences on relevant commercial/contract topics, Coordinating with in-house specialists, as well as outside counsel, to secure necessary expertise to ensure that the businesses needs are met Juris Doctor (J.D.) are required. Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, Experience with commercial transactions and contracts, Must be responsive, collaborative and pro-active and be able to effectively multi-task and handle a variety of matters with competing priorities in a fast- paced environment, Demonstrated ability to effectively partner and communicate with business associates, Demonstrated ability to work across various groups both within a legal team and across various divisions and businesses, Member of a US State Bar, Experience with companies that manufacture and supply products for a variety of markets, Experience working across regions in a global organization, Experience working in-house or relevant business experience are required.
