Collaborate and partner with the Business Unit Compliance teams to ensure that effective policies and procedures are implemented and maintained globally and at each business unit to manage and mitigate the Company's overall compliance risks and the specific compliance risks in each business, ensuring the Company complies with existing and developing U.S., U.K. and other foreign jurisdiction laws and regulations. Collaborate and partner with the Business Unit Compliance team and Corporate stakeholders to further design, develop and implement enterprise compliance strategy with a focus on risk assessment, monitoring and data analytics, and reporting on program effectiveness. Foster and communicate, by words and by actions, a culture of compliance and integrity across the global company. Analyze data received from the Business Unit Compliance teams (e.g., risk assessments, investigation findings and root cause analyses, monitoring results) to proactively spot trends and potential areas for further program enhancement or attention. Benchmark the Company's compliance programs against the programs of other respected companies and the guidance of enforcement authorities and regulators. Collaborate with other members of the Corporate Compliance team and/or with Business Unit Compliance to respond to areas for enhancements, if any. Maintain in-depth knowledge of existing and emerging compliance-related risks and developments, including new and changing laws, regulations and enforcement guidance and priorities in the jurisdictions in which the Company conducts business. Leverage knowledge across various business units to share best practices and enhance the overall compliance environment. Direct special projects and other key initiatives, as required.

Qualifications: JD Degree. 7-10 years of relevant experience (e.g., U.S. or international government; in-house or outside counsel advising on white collar or litigation matters, including the implementation of compliance programs at large multi-national companies; enforcement experience) and must include experience working in operational compliance, including implementing and enhancing compliance programs, with a particular focus on risk assessment, monitoring (including data analytics), and reporting. Relevant legal advisory experience, including experience advising executive teams on compliance with applicable laws, including, but not limited to, the U.S. FCPA; the UK Bribery Act; Modern Slavery Act, U.S., U.K. and other applicable sanctions and trade control laws and regulations; fraud, money laundering and other financial crime laws; U.S. political activities; securities and competition laws. Expertise in any of the following areas is a plus: political activities, FARA, fair employment practices (including controls to guard against unfair or exploitive labor practices; anti-harassment and anti-discrimination), supply-chain and third-party management, and FTC and FCC regulations. Cable, Media & Entertainment, Telecom, and/or Technology industry experience preferred. A 24/7 professional capable of juggling work activities at night and/or on weekends, as required. Excellent partnership and communication skills an experienced professional focused on achieving objectives in a collaborative manner. Results oriented professional with an appetite for taking on new challenges who exhibits curiosity. Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to build executive relationships. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations and with an inclusive manner. Strong planning and organization skills with proven ability to manage large/complex projects and to synthesize and summarize voluminous information into executive presentations. Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Exceptional analytic and writing skills. Must be a strategic thinker, business-minded and deadline-oriented.
