Corporate Counsel / Senior Corporate Counsel The candidate will work as part of the Healthcare Law Group. Will advise internal clients on a wide variety of matters related to commercialization of Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical products, with a focus on FDA labeling and promotional matters, fraud and abuse laws, Product liability, and other Legal and regulatory issues affecting the sale and promotion of biotech drugs. May spend part of the time assisting company's development and Medical affairs organization with contracts and Legal requirements for Clinical development activities within and outside the United States. Should have a J.D. degree with Bar admission and 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years advising clients in FDA-related labeling and promotional Legal matters, preferably with experience in an in-house setting. Candidate with experience advising mid- to senior-level managers would be preferred.
