Senior Corporate Counsel, Anti-Corruption, Global Ethics & Integrity Responsibilities: With oversight from the Vice President, Anti-Corruption for the Office of Global Ethics & Integrity: Lead a diverse and growing team of subject matter experts. Design and enhance anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies, programs, and controls. Oversee and enhance third-party due diligence, life cycle management, and audit programs. Oversee the design and implementation of data analytics supporting the third-party program. Conduct or oversee risk assessments related to third-party programs. Work with channel business and operations teams to mitigate risks and assist with risk forecasting. Work closely with cross-functional legal teams, sales teams, and business operations teams to design and adapt third-party programs and processes in new global markets. Drive operational efficiency with a focus on scaling. Serve as M&A interface for the function during both acquisition and integration phases. Develop and lead trainings, policy rollouts, and compliance reviews globally on an as needed basis.

Qualifications: JD degree and admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. 10+ years experience, with 5+ years at DOJ or SEC, or, alternatively, 10+ years of combined legal experience in law firm and/or in-house legal department as a lead attorney on cases interacting with enforcement agencies. Strategic and operational vision for developing a world-class third-party ethics and compliance program. Experience managing high-performing teams of 5+ people in rapidly growing companies (tech preferred). Experience influencing and aligning programs with a range of cross-functional and business partners. Superior organization and project management skills. Analytical mindset with impeccable attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Skillfulness at understanding, upholding, and instilling the values of the company. Keen intellect with an insatiable curiosity. A proactive nature and can-do  attitude. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding work environment. Strong EQ and sense of humor.
