International Corporate and Securities Counsel The candidate will manage, anticipate, and action global corporate governance matters as well as various equity issues and employee needs across Palantir offices in the U.S. and abroad. You ll take on novel, complex issues as they arise, refining ill-defined objectives and bringing multi-stepped projects to completion. You ll leverage your interpersonal skills to quickly build relationships, and can translate legal advice into actionable guidance for a wide variety of stakeholders with ease. You are diligent, hardworking, low ego, a supportive teammate, and remain composed in stressful situations. Help advise on a multitude of issues across the company. Collaborate with Executives, Finance, People Operations, Legal Ninjas, and other global teams to anticipate, implement and/or address corporate governance and equity compensation matters. Anticipate, action and own U.S. and global corporate governance matters, such as international entity formation and compliance, regulatory filings, and board and shareholder actions. Serve as a point of contact to other parts of the business, answering questions about our various global entities, and helping other teams implement the roll-out of various Finance, Accounting, Banking, Immigration and Employment-related matters. Attorney in good standing, licensed in at least one state in the United States or the United Kingdom with 3-7 years corporate/securities experience at a top firm or in-house. Experience with corporate governance, entity/subsidiary management, board matters, public company filings, and equity plan administration. Ability to manage complex commercial transactions, including the negotiation of licensing agreements with our customers. Demonstrated experience developing creative solutions and driving process improvements. Demonstrated experience exercising good judgement with regards to business decisions, with the ability to translate legal advice into actionable guidance for teams. Ability to multitask, problem solve, and balance competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment. Aptitude for building strategic cross-functional working relationships by utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
