Senior Corporate Counsel, Compliance & Ethics

Senior Corporate Counsel, Compliance & Ethics Duties: Draft and revise policies and create functional guidance for the client to assist in navigating compliance and business conduct risk. Design and deliver compliance and business conduct training and communications. Design and implement risk assessments to ensure that existing and emerging risks are being properly identified and mitigated across the company. Conduct internal investigations as necessary, including with the assistance out of outside counsel. Serve as a subject matter expert in risk management and mitigation across functional areas. Operationalize Compliance & Ethics at Infor. Support the reporting and program management work of the Global Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer, including providing assistance in the creation and presentation of program updates to Board of Directors and external parties.

Qualifications: JD Degree required. Valid bar registration in any US jurisdiction. 7+ years of experience as an attorney, with significant experience in corporate compliance, including FCPA/anticorruption and financial crimes compliance. Experience in conducting and managing internal investigations. Ability to think strategically, work independently, collaborate globally, and communicate skillfully as a member of a growing global team. Preferred Qualifications: In-house experience advising multinational clients. Experience in emerging technologies around compliance and data, e.g. AI, Automation, Analytics. Spanish/Portuguese language skills. Experience in technology/healthcare technology.
