Corporate Counsel, Litigation Responsibilities: Actively handle and manage Company litigation, including patent, commercial, class action, and employment cases. Work directly and collaborate with outside counsel on litigation and pre-litigation matters. Help manage the eDiscovery process, run document collections, and legal holds, and work with counsel and the eDiscovery team to complete discovery. Be a resident expert on eDiscovery methods, rules, and requirements, as well as record management best practices. Help manage the subpoena response function within the Legal Department.

Qualifications: Undergraduate and Law Degrees. 3-6 years combined experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department with deep experience in litigation, including taking and defending depositions, arguing in court, and taking cases to trial. Familiarity with patent litigation, including infringement and invalidity issues as well as USPTO proceedings. Experience handling commercial and/or employment cases, including resolving issues prior to active litigation. Experience in all facets of eDiscovery, including legal holds, preservation, collections, and production. Familiarity with implementation of records management programs and collaborating with eDiscovery to build best practices. Experience working with eDiscovery software. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment. Tactful and discreet. Strong communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent judgment combined with practical business sense.
