Legal Counsel, Employment Duties: Provide legal advice to the People Relations team and support them globally as they complete workplace investigations and make recommendations to create a high-performing culture where all employees will grow and do the best work of their careers. Provide legal advice to the Diversity, Equality & Inclusion team and support their global efforts in designing and implementing a holistic, global Inclusion Strategy that will integrate inclusion into the foundation of our systems/processes and culture. Provide legal advice to People Experience on a broad type of employment law matters, including hiring, performance management, and termination, accommodation, harassment and discrimination, contingent workers, investigations, and related litigation. Collaborate with legal and business stakeholders to create, update and implement employment and other workforce-related policies. Collaborate with legal stakeholders outside of the U.S. on global employment and other workforce-related policies and practices.

Qualifications: J.D. Degree. Practicing attorney with 5-8 years of experience in employment law specifically supporting global workplace investigations and global diversity, equality & inclusion initiatives. Experience in supporting global accommodation/adjustment requests. Relevant in-house or top-tier law firm is preferred. Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and able to establish effective relationships with all levels of management. High integrity, well-organized, and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously.
