Privacy Counsel, Payments and Commerce Responsibilities: Provide privacy specialist legal advice across all aspects of global privacy law and regulation, including on highly regulated, sensitive data such as payments data. Provide privacy specialist legal advice and subject matter expertise required to support all functions within the Company's global legal team. Provide specialist consultation and support to other key functions (including Privacy and Data Protection Office, Compliance, various product areas, Global Affairs, and Public Policy, and Corporate Communications).

Minimum Qualifications: A J.D. or equivalent Degree. Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status) in the state in which the role is located. 7+ years of attorney-level work experience. Privacy subject matter experience, including sector-specific laws relating to financial privacy. Preferred Qualifications: Experience counseling on privacy issues. Demonstrated ability to complete several simultaneous projects on deadline. Ability to set and drive big picture strategy while also having the capability to provide tactical guidance to the team, enabling them to execute more effectively. Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad range of legal matters. Commitment to professionalism and collegiality.
