Compliance Attorney

Compliance Attorney Duties: Apply knowledge of and experience in implementing corporate compliance programming to provide business-minded solutions under Code of Conduct. Be responsible for providing legal support to and conducting due diligence and risk assessments relating to Human Rights. Support certain of Ethics program initiatives, including developing and delivering effective communications and training on ethics and compliance matters. Manage monitoring and reporting on culture of integrity, including developing enhancements to drive ethics culture surveys. Provide overall ethics and compliance program support.

Qualifications: JD degree and current state bar membership. 5+ years in corporate in-house compliance department, law firm, or government. Should exhibit strong oral and written communication skills, and attention to detail. Preferred qualifications: Second language proficiency. Previous government law enforcement experience preferred.
