Associate Corporate Counsel

Associate Corporate Counsel The candidate will be working directly with business partners on a broad range of commercial matters. Providing day-to-day legal support to business teams and developing strategies for handling legal issues in creative, efficient, and business-centric ways. Helping business teams launch new services, features and product categories globally. Serving as lead counsel in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements. Resolving issues arising in existing commercial relationships, and handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries. Advising clients on regulatory issues and responding to contacts from regulators. J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one State Bar required. 2+ years of legal experience as a transactional, litigation, or regulatory attorney. Some ability to travel as needed. Prior experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements preferred. Prior experience providing legal guidance directly to clients on the launch of new products or services preferred. Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations preferred. Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams preferred. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a large number and variety of projects at once, follow through, and meet deadlines preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills preferred.
