Associate Corporate Counsel

Associate Corporate Counsel Duties: Developing compliance policies and procedures, providing day-to-day compliance guidance to the health and safety team, working cross-functionally with other teams to ensure compliance, and resolving issues that arise during agency interactions including inspections.

Qualifications: J.D. and membership in at least one state Bar. 2+ years of experience practicing law, specifically with regard to regulatory compliance matters. Preferred: Experience in warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, or transportation health & safety compliance and crisis management. A mix of corporate law firm and in-house experience. Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations. Excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines. Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
