US Enforcement Litigation Counsel The candidate will manage regulatory enforcement activity for global entities. Direct aspects of litigation, including discovery, case preparation, tracking and communication of case-related dates and information, and the review and preparation of documents, reports, and correspondence. Advise the company on strategic compliance with applicable financial services laws administered by the SEC, the CFTC, and other federal regulators. Manage relationships with outside counsel. Direct court proceedings on private law matters (including federal and state court appearances), arbitrations, mediations, and depositions. Advise executives and senior management on claims and defenses as well as the avoidance and effective resolution of disputes.

The candidate should have 7+ years of relevant experience litigating financial services enforcement matters, whether in-house, in government, or at a top law firm. Should have admission to practice law in the US. Should be proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. Should have opportunity-making attitude, using the law to increase the company's optionality, interest in crypto.
