Legal Fellow, Corporate Attorney

Legal Fellow, Corporate Attorney The candidate will review, draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements including licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, SLAs, and professional service agreements. Counsel all levels of management as to the structure, legal conformance, risk, and approaches to commercial contracts and business transactions relating to business. Advise business partners on internal corporate policies and procedures. Communicate and negotiate directly with vendors and their counsel on legal issues. Collaborate effectively with business partners and other internal stakeholders, including finance, IT and procurement.

The candidate should have a J.D. degree. A minimum of 3.00 GPA is required. Should have a letter of Reference from Law School Professor, Current or Former Supervisor or Community Leader. Must have an interest in learning about business and customers. Must be able to quickly process and analyze information and make decisions and solve problems. Must be able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing to both internal and external stakeholders and maintain effective interpersonal relationships. Must be knowledgeable with using the full MS Office Suite, able to rotate to a different team for Extension Term (Contracts; Litigation; Labor & Employment; Real Estate; or Compliance), subject to Department and team needs.
