Senior Corporate Counsel, Global Operations & Procurement The candidate will serve as the primary point of contact/have primary responsibility for providing legal and contract support for operations and procurement-related matters. Will draft, review and negotiate a variety of contracts, ranging from the day-to-day/routine to highly complex transactions, including supply contracts, technology and software-related agreements, services agreements, intellectual property licenses and real estate leases. Work on a large volume of contracts at once. Develop and improve contract templates, policies and procedures. Interpret and advise with respect to rights and obligations under the Company's operations and procurement-related contracts. Monitor applicable laws, rules and regulations, as well as industry standards, and advise clients and other members of the Global Legal Team with respect to relevant changes and trends. Manage/oversee the handling of any disputes, conflicts and/or litigation that may arise from time to time with respect to the Company's operations and procurement-related contracts. Assist with the diligence of the Company's operations and procurement-related contracts as may be necessary from time to time. Collaborate with other members of the Global Legal Team, including with respect to issues requiring subject matter expertise, and oversee/leverage outside counsel, as needed. Should have Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school and licensed to practice in at least one of the United States. Must have 8+ years of legal experience that includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial contracts related to the procurement of goods and services.
