Corporate Counsel, Trade and Compliance Duties: Provide legal support and analysis on a wide variety of global trade and complex compliance matters with a focus on U.S. regulations, including export controls, customs, government reporting, antiboycott compliance, and sanctions. Significant interaction with senior leadership legal professionals as well as senior executive and management leadership at the Company.

Qualifications: J.D. Degree. License to practice law in at least one state. 5+ years of progressively responsible job-related experience. Demonstrated record of interpreting, communicating, and applying the substance of complex export and customs regulations and translating them into appropriate risk management advice and related operational processes. Experience in a large law firm or multi-national corporate law department advising on trade and compliance issues. Demonstrated human relations and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
