Corporate Counsel, Technology & Enterprise The candidate's duties include: Structure, draft, review, negotiate, and interpret a variety of information technology agreements, including application development and maintenance agreements, services agreements (including outsourcing, cloud service, software as a service, software licensing, managed services, and infrastructure as a service), software/technology licenses, and general product and service procurement agreements; Develop an understanding of business goals and the technology necessary to achieve them; Provide legal advice and creative problem solving while protecting T-Mobile from unnecessary contract liabilities, damages and penalties; Collaborate with peers and leaders in legal department and other business departments to ensure project and deal outcomes align with priorities, support company goals, comply with legal requirements, adequately mitigate enterprise risk and assist in obtaining appropriate approvals; Field a wide range of issues related to product support (development, launch, maintenance, incident response, SLAs, audits, updates and upgrades, etc.); Support dispute resolution issues ranging from billing disputes to complex service level performance issues; Serve as liaison between technology and commercial leadership and Legal leadership; Support internal legal department teams for contract template revisions and contracting best practices, as requested; Provide contract review coordination across Legal teams (Privacy, IP, Litigation, Sales/Marketing, Corporate Governance) and support reviews with operational and businesses teams (product, services, finance). Must have a U.S. law degree, with admission to at least one state bar in good standing required. Should have 3-5 years of experience structuring and drafting complex transactions.
