Corporate Counsel The candidate will be responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating print and mail or direct/output solutions related agreements and amendments as well as vendor-facing procurement agreements related to technology and other goods and services. Providing written and oral legal advice and communications to various levels of the corporation including senior leadership in the direct/output solutions business. Reviewing, drafting and negotiating print and mail or direct/output solutions related agreements and amendments. Reviewing, drafting and negotiating vendor-facing procurement agreements related to technology and other goods and services. Review and apply internal governance policies in view of their impact upon the work for which they are responsible. Provide written and oral legal advice as requested. Regular and reliable attendance is required. J.D. from accredited law school. Licensed / qualified to practice law in the United States. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant legal experience Experience in drafting, advising on and negotiating IT related commercial agreements, Effective analytic capabilities and written and oral communication skills. Effective negotiator with strong business acumen and ability to serve as a business advisor. Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects under time deadlines. Previous IT industry experience. Ability to work independently if needed. Good communication and service oriented interpersonal skills are required. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to use a personal computer. Proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications. Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment are required.
