Corporate Counsel, Operations and Robotics The candidate will provide ongoing legal advice to a fast-moving and innovative team of engineers, scientists, analysts, and technologists. Structure, draft and negotiate technology, supply chain, licensing, deployment, and other commercial agreements. Counsel on regulatory matters.

The candidate should have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school and membership in one State Bar. Should have 5 years of attorney experience, with some portion of that experience focused on commercial transactions and regulatory compliance. Should preferably have a mix of corporate law firm and in-house experience, experience with technology transactions and licensing, experience with North America and EU regulatory frameworks, experience with autonomous mobility or other robotics systems. Should have ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, great judgment even in ambiguous situations.
