Be the primary point of contact for drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and finalizing new and amended partnership and distribution agreements in a fast-paced and collaborative in-house environment. Identify and explain non-standard terms and associated risks to relevant business stakeholders, interpret and advise on contract requirements, obligations and risk exposure. Implement, and maintain a system for creating, editing, storing, tracking, administering, and managing all new and amended contracts. Provide practical training on legal issues, including relevant financial services and FinTech laws and regulations, data privacy and security laws and general commercial contracting principles, and prepare and provide internal teams with succinct guides and checklists they can proactively use to guide them in their day-to-day initiatives. Build processes to improve the company's operating efficiency and mitigate legal risk.

Qualifications: Active and in good standing member of a US State Bar.
