Privacy Counsel Duties: Coordinate and help drive cross-stakeholder alignment regarding privacy and data protection on all matters impacting Adobe's global workforce. Partner with Adobe's Diversity and Inclusion team to maintain Adobe's reputational excellence on these matters through transparent and trusted programs for lasting and meaningful change. Develop and maintain applicable policies and standards and work as part of a cross-functional team to deliver best-in-class privacy and data protection training initiatives across the company. Provide advice to Adobe's Talent Team to help them attract, hire and engage top talent to fuel Adobe's success. Conduct privacy reviews of new and innovative tools and technologies to be used by Adobe employees. Proactively implement changes to process and procedure in anticipation of regulatory and business developments. Manage outside counsel advice for employee privacy projects. Build, refine and scale all aspects of Adobe's privacy compliance program with a special focus on matters related to Adobe's employees. Be a cross-functional champion for privacy and data protection. Work with other teams to review and track privacy and data protection compliance through project lifecycles. Respond to internal and external privacy and data protection inquiries.

Qualifications: J.D. degree and active membership in at least one state Bar. 3+ years of relevant privacy experience, including prior in-house, government, or law firm experience. Familiarity with and interest in employment-related privacy law, including U.S. and European requirements. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Understanding of and interest in the tools and technologies employed by global businesses. Strategic problem solver with excellent legal and business judgment and the flexibility to take on anything. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a great sense of humor and commitment to professionalism. Experience working collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
