Senior Counsel, Litigation & Cybersecurity Legal Responsibilities: Provide strategic guidance and counseling to a range of teams and partners across the Company in matters relating to dispute resolution, litigation, and cybersecurity. Manage and drive the Company's commercial and intellectual property litigation cases from complaint to a conclusion, collaborating with internal and outside counsel, specific subject matter experts, and business partners. Handle pre-litigation disputes and devise and implement creative resolution strategies. Provide pragmatic, trusted advice to business partners on litigation risk and mitigation opportunities. Investigate and evaluate third-party claims. Advise on complex intellectual property, litigation, dispute resolution, and cybersecurity issues in commercial transactions, licensing, and M&A. Act as one of the main points of contact for the Legal team on privacy and security incidents, which includes advising on incident preparedness, investigation, communication, and remediation. Lead and support special projects as needed.

Qualifications: J.D. Degree. Membership in at least 1 State Bar in good standing. 6+ years of litigation experience at a national law firm and/or in-house advising on commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters. Additional cybersecurity, privacy, and IP litigation experience are preferred. Antitrust, employment, and bankruptcy experience are a plus. Experience leading litigation tasks, discovery management/collection, and working effectively and collaboratively with other attorneys, paralegals, business leaders, and colleagues of varying backgrounds. Experience with SaaS, web technologies, cloud technologies/platforms and/or the mobile space, cloud computing, and/or enterprise software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with legal and non-legal audiences at all levels of the organization. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple cases and projects simultaneously under deadline pressure. Ability to independently determine and develop solutions to complex legal issues that are practical, clearly and timely communicated, and consistent with business objectives. Outstanding judgment, professionalism, integrity, curiosity, and willingness to grow.
