Associate Corporate Counsel, Competition Compliance Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Google policies, laws, and regulatory obligations relating to competition. Perform periodic risk-assessments for different areas of the business. Provide in-person training on compliance program requirements and/or competition laws. Provide legal guidance on competition laws and legal obligations to different areas of the business. Design, implement, and monitor competition compliance programs for legal obligations.

Qualifications: JD degree. Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law in the United States. Must have 3 years of experience at the attorney level. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience designing and monitoring compliance programs. Knowledge of competition laws. Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment with limited direction, balance multiple priorities, and manage several time-sensitive projects at once. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume of projects.
