Senior Corporate Counsel The candidate's duties include: Review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts (including master services agreements, software licenses, supply agreements, construction contracts, and payment processing agreements). Advise the Company on regulatory and compliance matters. Provide timely advice and guide and assist internal business clients through complex legal situations. Engage, oversee, and direct outside counsel as necessary on litigation and in specialty practice areas. Independently handle special projects as assigned, including but not limited to creation, review, and updating Company policies and procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail required. Must be able to work within a small team as necessary, but must be self-motivated to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school required. Admission to Massachusetts or other state bar required. 7-10 years of relevant experience, including prior in-house experience required. Background in litigation, privacy law, or environmental law preferred.
