Privacy Counsel and Legal Engineer

Privacy Counsel and Legal Engineer Duties: Supporting onboarding customers to help them detect and solve compliance pain points through Immuta. Working closely with our Customer Success team to review customer legal, compliance, and business requirements based on customer documentation and live interactions with customers. Formulating actionable recommendations, presenting them in front of customers, and producing bespoke pieces of evidence supporting the features selected by customers. Researching compliance pain points emerging in the context of data operations and exchange and developing creative ways to resolve them in collaboration with our Research team.

Qualifications: Law degree and demonstrate expertise in the field of data protection and privacy. Experience working with process mapping, developing workflows, automating document forms, and programming is desired. Strong interest in information technology, legal and regulatory technology as well as privacy-enhancing technology and demonstrate IT skills. Articulate, knowledgeable and have excellent presentation skills; be comfortable engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels; have strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a desire to produce outstanding research outputs and customer support. Genuine enthusiasm for technology and thrive in an interdisciplinary environment characterized by continuous improvement and product innovation.
